Over the span of twenty-five years,
AARON REZNY has created imagery for both personal projects as well as for an extensive range of national and commercial photo clientele. His personal work includes:
EATING DELANCEY, a series of images that represent the flavors of his youth in New York City, which has seen exhibitions all over the country;
CANDYLAND, a series highlighting sweets from our past - shot at close range,
GAMESHOW and
OBSOLETE, two separate series that take a micro view of, respectively, vintage children's games like Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots, and iconic “pre-digital” objects such as pay phones and record players.
REZNY is currently working on a still-life series of Holocaust remembrance.
In his commercial career,
REZNY has combined his talent and intense passion for food and still-life photography into an unparalleled collaborative experience with his clientele. Specializing in crisp, detailed lighting, and eminently edible appetite-appeal, his photographs have consistently surpassed the expectations of world-class editorial, advertising, and corporate clients.
REZNY's photography has appeared in Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, New York magazine, and The Wall Street Journal, in addition to major campaigns for Nestlé, Duncan Hines, Kellogg's, Russell Stover, Nabisco, and Applebee's, among many other major brands.
REZNY continues to shoot for clients in NYC, and has now added his newly opened Hudson Valley Studio, in Kingston, NY as a second location. Functioning as a state-of-the-art 5000 sq ft production, kitchen and studio/event space, the fully renovated building also has opened a major gallery space which has recently had its Grand Opening.
